JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Knights hit the road on Friday, February 20th as they headed to Jefferson City, Tennessee to take on the Eagles of Carson-Newman University. The Knights got their first win of the season in their last match against ABAC while the Eagles lost their previous match.

Match Recap

The Knights had no trouble in doubles competition as they won the #3 match 6-0 and the #2 match 6-2 to take the point. The Knights continued to play well into the singles matches as they scored a 6-0, 6-0 win in the #5 singles match from Vicente Faria. Alexandr Achour won the #3 singles match 6-3, 6-1 to get the Knights within one point of the match and Duarte Mestre wrapped up the match with a 6-2, 7-5 win in the #4 singles match.

The Knights will be back in action on Saturday, February 28th as they head to Young Harris, Georgia to take on the Mountain Lions of Young Harris College. That match is scheduled to start at 10 AM EST.
